01 / East–West Art Exchange Exhibition Series
Civilizational Resonance: Eastern Philosophy and Western Artistic Innovation
The series opens with philosophy: a painter who gives Eastern spirituality a contemporary voice through traditional sacred imagery and the aesthetics of xieshen — "depicting the spirit" — placed side by side, in one space, with a multimedia artist whose mixed-material paintings refract civilizations across the globe.
Two profoundly different artistic languages point to the same question: how can spiritual experience be made visible today?
